The Skoda Slavia facelift is a well-rounded mid-size sedan that combines the charm of European driving dynamics with thoughtful modern updates, making it an excellent choice for both enthusiast drivers and comfort-seeking families. What stands out most is the introduction of a butter-smooth 8-speed torque-converter automatic transmission for the 1.0-litre engine, alongside segment-first luxury amenities like rear-seat massage functions, a 360-degree camera, and a 10.25-inch digital cockpit. While it retains its timeless styling, solid build quality, and punchy performance, it does miss out on an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) suite, and its high-end 1.5L DSG configurations remain on the pricier side. Overall, it is tailor-made for anyone who prefers the planted, organic handling of a classic sedan over a boxy compact SUV, offering urban commuters and highway cruisers an effortless, safe, and feature-rich driving experience.

Great car to drive, but city mileage drops to single digits in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Service network is still sparse in Tier-3 cities, and spare parts carry a premium cost compared to competitors.

The massage feature actually helps relieve lower back stiffness on long highway runs. Plenty of headroom and knee room for tall passengers too.

Front seats offer excellent bolster support for long stretches. Skoda addressed all minor flaws of the previous model effectively.

Great value in the lower-mid Signature variant. You get wireless Android Auto, sunroof, rear AC vents, and essential safety features without breaking the bank. Perfect family sedan for daily commutes.

Got over 18 kmpl on my first long highway drive. Cruising at 100 km/h feels planted and relaxed. The dynamic LED indicators and refreshed front DRL styling give it a classy German aesthetic.
