The car is too long for some parking spots.
After owning a Jeep Compass, the Kodiaq feels like a genuine luxury car. The interior quality is leagues ahead. The ventilated seats are a lifesaver in summer. The DSG gearbox is so smooth that you don't even notice the shifts. I specifically like the understated elegance of the car. It doesn't attract unnecessary attention, but it commands respect on the road.
I upgraded from a Honda City to the Kodiaq, and it has been a revelation. The build quality is rock solid, and the engine is super refined. The highway manners are impeccable. It's also very practical with its massive boot and flexible seating. My family loves the panoramic sunroof and the Canton sound system. The city mileage is a bit low, but that's a compromise I am willing to make.
The Kodiaq is the best value-for-money premium SUV in India. It offers a perfect blend of performance, luxury, and practicality. The 2.0 TSI engine is a delight, and the DSG is lightning-fast. The interior is a step above its competitors. The only real downside is the lack of ADAS, but the driving experience more than makes up for it. It's a car you can rely on for years.
