The Temerario is Lamborghini's electrified handshake to the future — a 907-horsepower, plug-in hybrid V8 that replaces the beloved, naturally-aspirated V10 Huracán. And yes, the internet has Opinions about that. Priced at ₹6 crore (ex-showroom), it's a solid ₹1-2 crore more than the Huracán ever was. For that premium, you get more power, more tech, and a screaming 10,000 rpm redline that makes you almost forgive the absence of the V10's wail.
It competes directly with the Ferrari 296 GTB (₹5.40 crore) and the McLaren Artura (₹5.91 crore for the 750S) — both of which are also hybrids, lighter, and arguably more focused on handling finesse. The Temerario, however, brings a sledgehammer where others bring scalpels.
Who should buy it? Buyers who want the outright most powerful entry-level supercar in its class, with dramatic looks and a 10,000 rpm V8 that sounds like a jet engine spooling up. Huracán owners who want more tech and more power. Anyone who thinks the Ferrari 296 GTB is too subtle and the McLaren Artura is too clinical.
What will bug you? The price jump over the Huracán is hard to swallow. The V8, for all its engineering brilliance, doesn't have the emotional pull of the old V10. The handling isn't as sharp as the Ferrari or McLaren. And the sheer weight makes it feel less like a scalpel and more like a battle axe. Also, the order bank already stretches to mid-2027 — so if you haven't placed your order yet, you're already late to the party.
