The BMW X7 is BMW's answer to buyers who want maximum space, luxury and road presence without moving into ultra-luxury territory. In India, it works especially well as a family SUV where rear-seat comfort and long-distance ability matter.
The powerful petrol and diesel engines deliver effortless performance, while the air suspension keeps the ride comfortable despite the X7's size. The cabin feels properly premium, and the three-row layout makes it far more practical for large families. It also feels planted and reassuring on highways.
What will bug you? The sheer size. Narrow Indian roads, tight parking spaces and crowded markets can become a daily workout. The third row is useful, but not ideal for tall adults over long journeys. Fuel, tyres, insurance and maintenance are also expensive.
