This is for people who want the best of two worlds: brute performance and electrified tech. Entrepreneurs, film stars, senior execs, luxury collectors—someone who wants “look at me, but also respect me for engineering.” They don’t worry much about petrol stations, but want bragging rights on specs. If you care more about social status, sound, and torque curves than fuel bills, this car is for you.

1. Engine: 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol + plug-in electric motor. 2. Total output: ~ 653 hp and 800 Nm torque. 3. Acceleration: 0-100 km/h in about 4.3 seconds. 4. Drivetrain: AWD (“M xDrive”) with an 8-speed automatic.

Assuming fuel at ₹102 per litre (current average), plus electricity at ₹9 per kWh when charging: Electric only mode (first ~82-88 km): cost depends on local electric rates, battery size ~25.7 kWh. Full charge cost ≈ ₹25.7 kWh × ₹9 = ₹231 (plus small losses). So first 80-90 km cost ~ ₹2.50 to ₹3 per km in pure electric mode. Once you switch to petrol/hybrid mode: assuming real world petrol efficiency drops significantly (maybe 7-10 kmpl when battery is used up). What that means practically: luggage for 4-5 people on a long trip fits, but if all seats are used and baggage is bulky, you’ll need roof boxes.
