Tata Motors is making sure you do not need the top variant to enjoy the good stuff. The new Tata Sierra Legend Series brings premium features to lower and mid-spec variants, with prices starting at ₹11.99 lakh and going up to ₹19.49 lakh, ex-showroom.

The new range adds 18 variants across five trim levels and covers the Sierra's petrol, turbo-petrol and diesel powertrains. Tata Motors has also introduced an “L” suffix for these variants, while the existing range is now referred to as the Signature Series.

The idea is simple: move features such as ventilated seats, powered driver-seat adjustment, panoramic sunroof and larger displays lower down the variant range, giving buyers more equipment without forcing them into the most expensive Sierra.
